At Kerf & Burled, each mahjong table is handcrafted with care and many pieces are custom made to order. Due to the custom nature of our furniture, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed.
Order Changes or Cancellations
If you need to request a change shortly after placing your order, please contact us immediately. While we cannot guarantee modifications once materials have been ordered or production has begun, we will do our best to accommodate requests when possible.
Damaged in Transit
If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the packaging and product. We will work promptly with you and the carrier to repair, replace, or resolve the issue as appropriate.
Natural Material Variations
Wood grain, color variation, knots, and other natural characteristics are part of the beauty of handcrafted furniture and are not considered defects.
